CLASS 3 - Magic Circle on the Wall:
Experience standing Pilates in ways you never have before with this 41 minute class using the magic circle and the wall! This class emphasizes functional movement and standing work to develop whole body strength and control. It also includes specific exercises to target your waist, legs, and upper body.
