Meet your new VFF! Welcome to Fit Springs® all-in-one home fitness experience!

We have teamed up with our friends over at Vertical Art Dance to bring you your new VFF! The Fit Springs VFF is a specially designed truss kit by Vertical Art Dance, engineered for Fit Springs, aerial arts and multi functional fitness elements. With it’s modern and multi-functional capability it makes the perfect set up for a home gym/studio for the entire family! Set up is simple and can be completed with 1-2 people. Like our larger studio structure this system is modular and can be set up inside or outside. Regular safety inspections and maintenance are required. This kit includes a structure set up training video and a 1 hour LIVE rigging consultation with a Vertical Art Dance expert rigger. This kit includes all equipment needed for a single person Fit Springs® station. Extra connectors, Fit Springs® add ons and double point aerial yoga hammock are sold separately.
