Class Descriptions:
Class 1: Reformer with BOSU
This 45 minute class will take you through a series of advanced progressions to challenge core stability and balance in all planes of motion. This full body workout is best suited for your personal practice if you are a Pilates teacher. You can use this class to find inspiration and creative exercise ideas for working with clients too!

Class 2: Reformer with Rotator Discus
This 30 minute intermediate reformer class uses the rotator disc and reformer box to develop hip stability and strength in standing. This class also features creative variations of teaser, planks, and Snake to improve core control while keeping you engaged and present in your workout! This class is for you if you are looking for dynamic ways to help your clients improve balance and function in standing!
Class 3: Reformer with the Looped Band
This 40 minute intermediate full body reformer class uses a looped band and the reformer box to help you and your clients experience traditional Pilates exercises with a twist. Expect novel ways to practice standing work, knee stretches, swan, ab series, and more!
This class will give you ideas to challenge your clients of all levels in a way that is safe and accessible, but helps them “feel it.” 😉
Class 4: Reformer with the Pilates Ball
This 35 minute intermediate class uses the Pilates ball to help you and your clients connect to the foot and ankle while developing full body strength and control. It includes side lying and seated variations to connect to your hips and obliques + creative variations of stomach massage, elephant, and short spine.
