This series is not about twisting it's reaching side to side and side and up.

🍎It's an effective core strengthening series.

🔑For the 1st 3 reach your arms to the outsides of your ankles.
🔑For the bridges keep spike long as you drop one hip down.

👉I lowered my springs to see if the reach was more effective for my abs but you can also keep them hooked up at the top. The difference is how much more you need to pull down and get help from the springs.

Reformer Workout

👉When you want to challenge your 🔹Balance
🔹Core Strength
🔹Upper Body
🔹Hips and Glutes
Take all the springs off and try this as a circuit.

1️⃣ Start in the lunge keeping front leg bent as you move forward and back.
🔑This challenges your proprioception and balance.
2️⃣ Plank variations for 1 minute each. Lowering leg down and back then next set is a twist.
3️⃣ Lunge with back leg stable and front leg moves out and back under your knee with opposing arm swings.
🔑Great for balance and coordination.
4️⃣ Finish by frying that same front leg with arms stable.

👉Repeat both sides and try this for 3 rounds. It's guaranteed butt death 💀 and more!

🔹Hook your foot through the reformer box strap
🔹The risers aren't the most comfortable on hands or shoulders so suck it up and only do a few!!!

You need very little space for this series and it gets your entire body working.

🔑Place the band above your knees for this entire series
🔹Each move 10x and repeat as needed

💗Try these when you need to get your hips and glutes fired up and are bored with basic clamshells!

I've been revisiting rotator disc workouts and added some new moves to the repertoire.

All these are done in the well and on a blue 🔹spring

These 3 exercises are for 🔹Hip mobility 🔹hip strength 🔹Balance 🔹Spine and pelvic mobility 🔹obliques🔹adductors 

👉Last slide is a blooper to show what can happen.

If you try here are some tips:
1️⃣The first exercise I put a fabric band across the shoulder@blocks to aid with pulling the carriage in.

Back leg@pulls in and front leg on disc@turns in and out.

2️⃣ Standing variation of a tail wag with obliques and arms engagement.

3️⃣Adductor engagement to a rotation front with the disc.
